Dr Agustin Martin-Clavijo is a Consultant Dermatologist and cutaneous surgeon. At Midland Skin, his practice is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of skin lesions. Training

Dr Martin-Clavijo holds the medical degree LMS, a PhD, and is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP). He is listed on the GMC Specialist Register for Dermatology.

Experience

Dr Martin-Clavijo has been a full-time Consultant Dermatologist at University Hospital Birmingham since 2008. He has served as Chair and Lead of the hospital’s Skin Cancer Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and has extensive expertise in the management of skin cancers, including rare and complex tumours, with particular experience in Mohs micrographic surgery.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Martin-Clavijo has led research initiatives in skin cancer and supervises the training of future dermatologists. He is a member of the Non Melanoma Skin Cancer Task Force of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology.

His practice is defined by precise diagnosis, judicious use of biopsy, and meticulous surgical technique.
